At The Sharee Brand, we take pride in offering high-quality digital products, including planners, diaries, workbooks, and manifest planners, designed to enhance your life and productivity. Due to the nature of these digital products, we have established the following no-refund policy:

WHITE LABEL LICENSE AGREEMENT

Presented by: The Sharee Brand Reserved to: The Sharee Brand This White Label License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rights and permissions granted to the purchaser (“License Holder”) for the use, resale, rebranding, and distribution of the white-label apps created and owned by The Sharee Brand

1. GRANTED RIGHTS Upon purchase, the License Holder is granted full rights to: Rebrand the apps with their own logos, brand colors, styling, and creative identity. Rename the apps and position them however they choose within their digital ecosystem. Resell the apps as-is or create completely customized versions for commercial use. Sell individual apps, create mini bundles, or include them in larger digital offers. Add the apps to Skool communities, membership sites, funnels, or courses. Use the deployed (non-editable) app version as a freebie, bonus, or lead magnet to grow their audience or community. Promote or resell the apps as an affiliate if an affiliate option is available. This license is intentionally flexible, empowering the License Holder to build, scale, and diversify their digital empire freely.

2. NO CREDIT REQUIRED The License Holder is not required to credit Ai Aesthetic Lab or Siderra Davis in any form. You may fully present, brand, and operate the apps as your own creation.

3. RESTRICTIONS To protect the integrity and commercial value of the white label system, the following restrictions apply: 3.1 Editable Versions The editable white-label version of the app may NOT be given away for free, used as a freebie, or used as a lead magnet under any circumstances. The editable version must always be sold—however: There is no minimum price requirement. There is no maximum price requirement. The License Holder has unlimited pricing freedom. 3.2 Deployed Versions The License Holder may give away the deployed version of the app (the version that cannot be edited) as: A freebie A bonus A gift A lead magnet This is encouraged, as it supports audience growth without compromising the commercial value of the editable white-label source.

4. OWNERSHIP All intellectual property rights, original code, and foundational app frameworks remain the exclusive property of: The Sharee Brand The License Holder receives commercial usage rights but does not gain ownership of the intellectual property.

5. INDEMNITY The License Holder agrees to operate their rebranded or resold apps responsibly and acknowledges that Ai Aesthetic Lab is not liable for: The License Holder’s marketing claims Their pricing decisions Their customer interactions Any technical modifications they choose to make

6. PERMISSION TO DO AS YOU PLEASE Except for the restrictions outlined in Section 3, the License Holder is granted full creative and commercial freedom to use, sell, brand, price, position, package, or distribute the apps however they see fit.

7. ACCEPTANCE By purchasing or accessing the white label apps, the License Holder acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this License Agreement.
